We’re expanding!

We’ve moved into a bigger space in an old typewriter factory, added people to the team and started all sorts of great new and exciting projects!  Here’s a quick update….

Boyd Productions started two new documentaries this Fall.  The first documentary (actually the second in a series of films) explores the early history of Las Vegas.  This time, we’re focused on the roaring 20s.  The production of this feature length film was commissioned by the City of Las Vegas.  It will be completed in May of 2020.

Our second documentary explores human behavior and how people move.  Specifically pedestrians and cyclists. Research is just starting, so more on that in the coming months.  Major funding for this project comes from General Motors and Travelers.

Finally, we’re thankful to be working on educational videos this fall with the State of Maryland/Maryland Judiciary, ESnet at Lawrence Berkeley Labs and the State of North Carolina/Gaston College BioNetwork.
